How does MOTRA track my effort?
We sync with your fitness device or app to pull in motion and heart rate data. Every session is analysed based on time spent in specific heart rate zones. The harder you work, the more it counts.
What are Effort Points?
Effort Points are your internal score, they reflect how much verified work you’ve done. They’re not tokens, but they determine your share of the monthly $MOT token rewards. Train more, earn more.
How are $MOT tokens distributed?
Each month, there’s a fixed number of tokens to be shared (833,333). Your Effort Points determine what slice of the monthly reward pool you get.
What kind of training counts?
Any training can count. Heart rate matters most, so an easy walk will earn less than a hard session. If your heart rate is up, it counts.
Can people cheat the system?
We’ve built MOTRA to reward real training. No shortcuts. We validate heart rate zones and movement data across every session.
